There is a large back deck with beautiful gardens and yard, as well a a second floor deck off the back bedroom. the kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the dining and living areas. The "Starbuck House" accommodates 10 people very comfortably!

Behind a private hedge in the back yard is "Studio 94", equipped with a two person sleeper sofa, entertainment center, open galley/bar and has a full size bathroom. Antique, white pine floors, rustic plaster walls and other custom details make this a great addition to the property.

Rentals are available from June through October; weekly or monthly.
Rates peak season are $7000 per week including "Studio 94" or $6400 per week for the main house.
